Upgrade your ride with our premium 10” Westcoast-Tbars, now available in a sleek powder-coated black finish. Designed for style and durability, these handlebars provide the perfect combination of comfort and control.

Material and Finish:

• Metal: Crafted from 1080 mild gauge steel tubing
• Coating: Powder-coated for durability
• Color: Gloss Black
• Note: Powder-coating ends 4 inches before each side for easier installation of your controls

Top Crossbar:

• Dimensions: 1 1/4” swaged (tapered) down to 1” diameter
• Wiring: Both sides have 5/8” holes punched for internal wiring (compatible with conventional controls)
• Width: 28” across with a 2 1/2” pullback
• Wrist Angle: Positioned at a 16-degree angle; crossbar is welded to sit flat on a 28-degree rake
• Center Holes: Two 3/4” holes in the middle of the bar are centered for the 3 1/2” spacing of the risers
• Compatibility: Suitable for heated grips

Risers:

• Precision: All cuts and holes are made using laser cutting technology
• Spacing: 3 1/2” spacing between risers, fitting conventional top triple tree clamps
• Wiring: 5/8” oval holes are located 1 7/8” up from the bottom for internal wiring

Riser Bungs:

• Design: Steel one-piece, three-tier design
• First Tier: Fits inside the 1 1/4” tubing
• Second Tier: Meets flush with the bottom of the risers and is TIG welded, bonding the bung to the riser
• Third Tier: Widens to 1 1/2” and is hollowed out 1/4” deep, eliminating the need for a traditional washer setup
• Fit: The handlebar bushing fits perfectly inside the custom bung

Recommendations:

• Use heavy-duty bushings
• Opt for Grade 8 or Grade 9 (L9) bolts

Keynote:

• Height: Risers are 10” tall with the top crossbar welded on top of the riser tubes, making the overall height 11” including the top crossbar
• Weld Points: Four total weld points ensure strength and stability
