Top Crossbar:
- 5 1/2" spread in the middle of the handlebar. Then bends and rises up 2" and then the 1-1/4" tubing is swaged (tapered) down to 1"diameter. (Fits conventional controls)
- Both sides are dimpled with 5/8" Holes punched for internal wiring.
- Cross width is 31 1/2" across and pullback is 3 1/2".
- Your Wrist angle will be at a 18 degree angle Cross bar is welded to sit flat on a 28 degree rake
- The (2) - 3/4" holes in middle of the bar are made to be centered for the 3 1/2 spacing of the risers.

Risers:
- All cuts and holes are made by Laser cutting
- 3 1/2" spacing between risers.
- 1 1/4" at the top of the riser swaged (tapered) down to 1" diameter.

Original 48HD Steel plate:
- 1/2" thick steel plate
-  The risers are pressed through the Plate and TIG welded at the top and the bottom of the plate.

- These Handlebars are measured by overall height 8 inch risers with the 2 inch rise on the top cross bar equals 10 inches.
-  6 total weld points . NOTE: This 48HD model is specifically made for the HD SPORTSTER
made with the Integrated Triple Trees. If you have SPORTSTER with the
standard 2 hole - 3.5 inch spread triple trees then please go back and
choose the standard Tbars. YOU WILL HAVE TO EXTEND YOUR CABLES AND
WIRING. Also, the SBOB version will not work on this application.
