Features of your Westcoast-Tbars 16" Risers RG15

Fitment:
* 2015-2020 ROAD GLIDES
for 2014 and earlier bikes see TBARS Category
* 2018 and earlier STREET GLIDES

Recommendations:
- Bagger Heavy Duty Bushings
- Grade 8 Bolts
(GRADE 9 BOLTS are NOT compatible with 2015 road glides and newer)

VERY IMPORTANT: Cable and wiring extensions will be needed for this size.

Metal: 1080 mild gauge steel tubing with .125 wall thickness

Coating: RAW

Top Crossbar: 1 1/4" swaged (tapered) down to 1" diameter. Both sides have 1/2" holes punched for internal wiring. (Fits conventional controls) - Cross width is 28" across and has a 2 1/4" pullback. The throttle side tubing at 1" is honed out and notched for fly by wire The (2) - 3/4" holes in middle of the bar are made to be centered for the 3 1/2 spacing of the risers.

Risers: 3 1/2" spacing between risers. (Fits 2015 top triple tree clamps). 1/2" x 5/8" oval holes are 1 7/8" up from the bottom for internal wiring.

Keynote: Risers are 16" tall and the top cross bar is welded on top of riser tubes. 17" overall including top crossbar. - 4 total weld points. 2 holes will need to be made in the nacelle plastic to pass through and bolt down directly to the triple trees. On road glides the nipple on the underside of the vibration dampener on the inside part of the controls must be cut off to fit on our bars.
